More of Grand Cayman and Just Life!

K so here are some more pictures that I said would be posted yesterday.

We fell asleep at the back of the ship watching the ocean. There was no land in site. It was so very peacefull to lay here each night and just relax.

Stingray city. Note our funny faces: stingrays breath in the water while they are swimming, once brought out of the water, they spit it out. The stingray had spit the ocean water all over us.

We were in "Hell". That sounds so bad. The city of Hell in Grand Cayman. Anywho, we were trying to look like devils with horns and this actually turned out pretty funny because we are making the same face and did not even know it.

Anywho, I guess that is all of the pictures. I know everyone is thinking Thank God.

While I was gone, Bullet had an appointment for his one year old shots. Trent said the vet was so very impressed with my baby. For one, he is a big whopping 87 fat pounds. However Bullet really does not look fat and the vet is not concerned with Bullets weight because he is just very stalky, not fat. (Remember, Bullets dad did weigh 100 pounds and they expect him to out weigh his dad). Two, the vet was very impressed with Bullets coat. He was asking Trent what all we do and feed him to keep his skin and coat looking so shiny and pretty. We feed him Purina Beneful Healthy Radiance which is supposed to help with the skin and coat so I guess it is a good thing and it is working. Three, the vet was thrilled to death with Bullet's recovery from Parvo and said he looks so good and Healthy. He had some blood work and everything ran and he is a very healthy dog. The vet also commented on how he could not tell at all that Bullet was so spoiled (with much exaggeration when he said it). Yes we have a very spoiled dog. Everytime we take Bullet to the vet, the vet is always so impressed with the way Bullet acts and his health and his looks. He is just a rotten little boy. I still get so amused with how much I love the rotten little thing when I was anti animals previous to getting him. Bullet will be going with me to Manchester for fathers day due to Trent being out of town and no one here to keep him. He has not been with me in 5 months due to him having parvo and not supposed to be around other dogs. He was much littler then and Berlie (moms dog) hated him. I can not imagine how much Berlie will hate my poor Bully this time. Mom and Amber had made the comment they were gonna have to dope poor Berlie up on Xanax to get her through the weekend.

On another note, my baby is doing so good at learning to stay. We will throw a treat down the hall and he just sits there till we tell him to go get it. Also, we tell him to sit and shake and he just picks that little leg up and knows exactly what he is doing and shakes. I will have to video those 2 things and post them for everyone to see.

Enough about the rotten dog. Everything is going great these day in the Haddock house. Nothing new. Still just living life to the fullest and loving the married life. Trent will be going this weekend to watch the Reds play with his dad and cousin for his cousins graduation present and then next weekend he leaves for Omaha for the College World Series Baseball as they did last year. So I am sure pictures of his vacation will be coming in a few weeks for everyone to see. After he gets back our lives will settle down Thank God because between work and our vacations, we have not had much time for each other and that is really getting Old. We are very ready for some good alone time after being away from each other so much lately. Anyways, I quit cleaning the house and took a break to post this so better get back to cleaning before dear Trentie gets home from work.

Grand Cayman

We just returned from Grand Cayman yesterday. We most definitely had a blast but I was definitely more than ready to get home to my Trentie. I missed him so bad. Anyways. I just figured I would post some pictures. I will be seeing my mom tomorrow and getting more pictures from her camera but here is some from my camera for now. WARNING: there will be a ton. City in Grand Cayman called Hell. It is a lot of rock formations in which people thought this is what hell would look like therefore that how it got it's name.

Stingray Sandbar. It takes a 25 minute boat ride to the middle of the ocean to get to this spot. The water is so Beautiful and clear that it looks like pool water.

I got used to it and it actually was a LOT of fun.

The sting rays just swam all around you. There was a ton of them.

Me and mom doubled up and went para sailing. I had been before but mom hadn't and she loved it. So glad I got to share that first time experience with her. It was tons of fun.

And the water was gorgeous from up there.

It was so neat to see all the different colors of water from up there.

Bullet's Birthday

My little, ok, big Bully turned 1 on Sunday. For his birthday we got him a new collar, more treats, a hickory smoked bone and a toy. Yes he is very spoiled. Anyways, here are some pictures of him.

I tried to download a video and it was taking way too long all it was though is showing how Bullet is doing pretty good with staying. We have not consistently worked on it but we are really trying to teach him to stay down and not jump and also to stay when we tell him to. Here Trent throws a treat down the hall and Bullet just waits for Trent to tell him he can have it. Usually he does pretty good for Trent but most of the time he does not want to do it for me.

He is such a pretty boy. He is so very spoiled rotten.

He had just stood still and this shows his new collar. He was chasing a fly around the house. His all time new fetish is to either chase birds outside or if he sees something in the house he chases it. It is so funny. One day I will have to record him chasing things.

He has always loved empty bottles. They are his favorite and with this toy, the back of it opens and you put a bottle in it so when they bite on it they can hear the bottle crackling and he loves it. However I knew once I gave him his next toy he would want nothing to do with this until the next one was gone.

K. I know dogs always eat bones and it is no problem but I have always been scared to give him bones afraid he would choke or something. Anyways I finally broke down and got him a hickory smoked bone and he loved it. Obviously once he was done with this he went back to his bottle thing.

I reckon that is all, I was just going to show pictures of the baby.

Huge update

Well it has been a while since I posted so figured I would give some what of an update. Lots of things are soon to be going on. Some in which I really won't go into great detail on here but will slightly mention. For one, me and Trent has decided it is about time to start trying for a baby. We absolutely can not wait. My Granny Simms had just told me the other day that she reads our blog all the time and every time she keeps on waiting to hear the news that we are pregnant so now she can hear the news we are at least trying. It was so cute and funny the other day, I made a quick trip to Manchester and I walked over to hug my dad and tell him hi and he started patting me and asking me if there was a baby in there yet. I can't wait to see our parents with our child. Both of our parents will be the best grandparents ever. Not to mention how precious it is and how much it touches me to watch Trent with kids. It is absolutely the best thing ever. In saying that, keep us in your prayers that everything goes just fine. Anyways, there is that half of the news. The next thing is that, I went to Paul here at work and had talked to him about maybe getting some PRN work for a while until we get ready to have the baby or till I just can't handle the extra work one. We had then gotten into deeper conversation and it led to him saying he could not go into great detail but something could come open pretty soon. Something that could possibly even be closer to home and possible full time also eventually. That would be awesome not to be so far from home especially with a little one there. However some other things were said that would definitely make me question things when that time actually comes but it is definitely worth checking into. I think everything would go over real well but we shall see what that time comes.

My baby (Bullet) turned 1 year old Yesterday. I went this weekend and got him some goodies. I did not get to see him on his birthday due to me going to Manchester and having to work but I will give him his goodies when I get off work Monday and post pictures of that later.

This weekend while in Manchester me and Amber took Colton bowling and he had a blast. That little boy has got to be the funniest thing I have ever seen.

He was so excited cause he had knocked down 8 pins.

He was actually smiling in the beginning and I had my camera on a mode that would flash 2 times to get better pictures and he pulled away after the first flash. Still a super cute picture though.

He was cracking us up while bowling. He loved actually bowling until he spotted the disco lights then he decided he would sniper. I really wished I had gotten a picture of that but I didn't. He first started jump roping the lights then he decided to squat down behind the thing the balls sit in and every time the lights would come over by him he would jump out in front of them and start shooting them.

Today, Colton decided he wanted to go with me and Amber to eat at Cracker Barrel with the family while Jack stayed home. After we ate, he grabbed Aunt Charlies ticket and said I will take that and pay for it. She said ok, do you got money? He replied no but I will take care of it. Aunt Charlie says well you know if you don't have money then you have to wash dishes to pay for it. At this point the waitress hears what is being said and told Colton yeah we actually have then all stacked up back there and need lots of help. Colton's rather hilarious response to the waitress was "well I guess I will just break the glass and they will fire me and then I won't have to do it."

One more good Colton story for the day.

I told Colton while eating if he would finish the half of the hamburger that I would get him something when we left. Colton Loves marsh mellows so I was gonna get him some of those. He ate his hamburger so I went and him and Amber sat in the car while I went in. I came back out and handed him the bag with the marsh mellows in it. He opened the bag and said ugh I thought it was a toy. Amber said now Colton tell her Thank you for the marsh mellows. In this sad little voice he said thanks for the marsh mellows. I said your Welcome. He replied with another pitiful little voice with "Darnit"

I tell you he is just the sweetest little kid ever and boy can he come out with some extremely crazy stuff.

Anywho, I reckon this is long enough. I will post more pictures tomorrow when I give boo his new stuff for his birthday.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!

Wow how time flies. Today was our 1 year Anniversary. I can't believe it has went by this quick. Unfortunately the both of us had to work today. Trent was already scheduled but I got called in. We would have at least went out to eat but oh well. Boston was our Anniversary trip which was amazing so I guess it is semi-ok that we are not together today. I guess it is just the thought of what today actually is. Anyways here are some pictures from Our Wonderful Wedding. (Pictures taken by Shannon Hairr Photography)

Congrats to me.

I just thought this was a good picture and wanted to post it. This was the night we found out I passed my test and my Trentie took me out to eat.



He told me if I did not pass my test this go around that he would have to find a new wife. Thank Goodness I passed. I am in the clear now. He says he will stick to his word and since I passed, he will keep me.

Everything has been great since I passed my test. Work has been going well. Did not take too long to adjust to the changes at work. I also got a $2.00 raise per hour. That is way awesome and such a huge help. Me and Trent have lived without that extra money for so long now, we are just going to act as if we still don't have it and put it directly into savings each pay period. That will be a big help to our Savings account. It feels like such a huge weight has been lifted right off my shoulders knowing that I actually passed it now.
