Finished in Columbia, ATLAST!!!

So today (Thursday) was supposed to be my last day in Columbia but Shelly had called me with some info and told me they were not keeping me PRN. They have been very childish through this whole process and has literally not spoke one word to me since I turned in my notice. This girl I work with at Baptist, her dad past away and his visitation is Thursday so I decided to not work tonight and go ahead and turn in my key. I AM OFFICIALLY DONE. Thank goodness. I am so excited to only be working 3 days a week now and not have to work the extra. It will be good time for me to be able to study for my test (which I am going to attempt to battle again in September) and me and Trent have good time together. The only down side to my new schedule is One week we will not be off work together for 7 straight days so all we will have time to do is sleep and cuddle and then the next week, we will be off for 4 days together 2 days at a time.



Me and Trent have been doing great. Just spoiling the baby. When we went to Manchester last weekend, mom had him spoiled rotten. She loved him and wanted to keep him and wants us to leave him with her from now on if we have to go out of town or something. I felt so horrible today. Me and Bullet were playing and I was running through the house and he was chasing me. I ran around the coffee table and instead of him running around it, he ran under it and I stomped down on his leg on accident. He took two steps and limped then just laid there and cried. I picked him up and he was holding his leg really funny and could not relax it. It was so pitiful. Trent died laughing at me cause I picked him up real quick and said call Dr. Short, Call Dr. Short. (You can call our vet's office 24/7 and he goes in for emergencies.) At this point I was flipping out and almost in tears myself. I felt so bad. He finally started walking on it. It did not take but about 5 minutes till he was already chasing something Trent had thrown so he is fine now. I just hope he does not wake up with it sore tomorrow. I can not imagine how I will be when we actually have us a little one with the way I panicked over Bullet earlier. Here are a few pictures of the little bully baby.



This weekend while we were in Manchester, we went fishing and he jumped in the water and got all muddy. Look at all that mud on his face.

He is such a good boy when he takes rides in the car. He loves it. We take him riding all the time.

Just for Mom!

Well I talked to mom today and we are taking Bullet to their house this weekend. I am really curious to see how him and Berlie interact with each other. That should be interesting since Bullet is so playful and Berlie is so spastic. Anyways, she commented on how much bigger he gets every time she sees a video or picture and she was curious how big his paws were so here ya go.

Update on Job!!!

So I turned in my 2 week notice. Don't think it went to well but also don't think I am kicked to the curb yet. When I turned it in, they sounded highly upset. I think as soon as they find someone to replace me, I will be gone. I think they will just use me till then. I am hoping things do not go as disasterous as they usually seem to be around here. Just a few for instances. 1) There was one girl that turned in her notice and she was told immediately to leave and not come back. The other staff was then warned that if she were to return to get her personal belongings, to call the cops that she had no business here. 2) This has happened to most every person who has quit here. They will hold the last check and not give it to the employee for a while. This place is extremely eary to me and I can't wait to get out of it. Winchester really set high standards for me and it is really hard for me to not compare other small labs to them. Although I really look forward to starting Baptist, I really miss it in Winchester. I really loved everyone there and I could not have asked to work for any better people than what I did and not to mention, Heather, I really miss her. We had some great times around there. All in all though, I absolutely can not wait to start Baptist full time.

On another note. Bullet was extremely hyper today as usual here lately. He was outside running around and going spastic. He loves to play in a few of the bushes that we have out front of the house and one of them has a few stalks coming out of it. He runs in between then very quickly. Well today he started running full force toward them and instead of running around it, he ran smack dab into it hard. He bounced off and landed on the ground and just layed there. It was hillarious. Me and Trent laughed so hard. Here is a cute video of him playing. Of course he had calmed down some right before I started videoing but oh well.

Changing the subject again. I think I had mentioned in a previous post that we had gotten Trent's maw maw's curio cabinet. Well I got everything in it and in order the other day. We have our wedding stuff in it and some Crystal that we got at the wedding. It looks really cute.

As you can tell in the picture, we need to move the picture next to it but here it is. Perfect for Our little corner.

HE IS GETTING SO BIG!!!

He is getting so big and he is only 8 weeks. The older he gets, the more hyper he gets. Today he was so hyper just running around the yard and rolling in the grass. And he will just sit there then just out of no where, he lunges at you and starts running like crazy. It is just so funny to watch him.

GREAT THINGS!!!

So as I was getting off of work on Friday morning from Baptist, Paul pulled me to the side and talked to me. I am now a full time employee there. I will start as of August 1st. WHO DEE WHO!!! This is excellant news to me and I absolutely can not wait. I will be working the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday shift. Kinda sucks cause I will not have my Heather back as we was hoping I would. We also was getting to where we were wanting to go out with the on a regular basis which sucks now cause we will only have Saturdays to do that and I will just be getting off work on Saturday mornings. Oh well, It is still going to benefit me and Trent so much. Too exciting. I plan on still trying to stay PRN for Columbia but I dont know if that will happen or not. I think it is a possibility until they find someone to replace me but afterwards I dont really think they will keep me around. Oh well, I guess we will see what God has in store for me.

Also, I have been to 2 people and tried to get them to cut my hair like I want it and noone can or will. I dont understand why. Well I went back to Manchester this weekend and went back to my original hair stylist and ta da, of course she can do it. I guess I will just have to travel 2 hours everytime I need my hair cut now. At last, just like I wanted it.

Life is going great for now except that I am in Manchester right now and when I am gone, it makes me realize just how much I miss my hubby when we are not together. Thank god we finally got hitched and I can have him all to myself now. haha. Unfortunately, he could not come with me this weekend. They had a auction for his mawmaws stuff. I am so excited. We got her curio cabinet which we are gonna put all of our crystal from the wedding in. Talking about the wedding, of course Ambers wedding is coming up and I love the style of dress that I am wearing in her wedding. It is very slimming on me and I really did not think it would be. In fact, I was scared to try on this type of dress for my wedding. Now dont get me wrong, I love love love my dress I wore in my wedding but now I wish I would have tried one like this on for mine. I am really excited for her wedding. We had a shower for her today and at some point in August, I will be throwing her a Lingerie (bra and panty) shower and I can't wait. The closer it is getting, the more and more excited I get for her. I know how great mine was and I just want to make it that much more for her. Well I guess that is all for now.

Bullet playing Fetch!!!

I was sitting at work and Trent sent me these videos. He has been wanting Bullet to play fetch. He loves dogs that fetch so he was so excited that he got him doing it. He had been trying but Bullet never would do it. He finally done it. Sorry the videos are a little blurry, they are from his cell phone. He had been bringing the "dog" (it is a squeaky hot dog) as Trent calls it back to Trent but in the second video he didn't so listen closely and you will hear Trent call him a Punk.







haha I have a feeling we will be posting alot on Bullet but I guess he is our new little child.

Home from Vacation!!!

Well we just got back from Florida and had a blast but there is truely no place like home and we missed our little bullet while we were gone too. Here are some pics from Florida though. We like the background of this picture.

My Crazy Trent was having an adrenaline rush and wanted to bungy jump. He loved it.

One day we rented this car for 4 hours, it was alot of fun.

While we were gone, Trents parents kept Bullet and Baxter which is Leah's dog. He is a Shorkie. They did not like each other for the longest but they finally started playing with each other. Here is a video of them playing tug o war with each other.

We sure did miss our little Bullet while we were gone. He even seems like he grew a little too.

Just another simple update, everything is going great. While i was in Fl., I spoke to Paul which is the guy from Baptist. He said he wanted to meet with me soon and talk to me about full time. By that, I am hoping things happen very soon. I guess we will wait it out and see. Other than that, nothing new with us.
