Digital Scrapbooking

I have been wanting to get into Digital Scrapbooking for a while but never did due to not having programs and things to do it. Well last night I worked with Heather and good ol' Heather has created a monster. I think I will be addicted now. Here is a picture of the first one I done. Of course the first one would be of Bullet.

I need to make more where you can actually see the pictures better but this is just the beginning.

Guess that is all for now just wanted to show my new thing.

Boredom before going to bed

Getting ready to go to bed. Had a long night. Hung out with Ashley, got pictures of Bullet, went to see Trent, called Heather and remembered some good ol' times and now that it is about 6:30am it is about time to hit the sack so I can get very few hours of sleep and get up and start looking for a new living room suite today. Fun fun.

Our party is approaching very quickly and we can't wait. I can wait in one sense but overall, I am excited and think it will be fun. I can't wait to dress up and spend time with some few family members and lots of other people (from Trent's work). Then the next day, time to go 4 wheeling. I can not wait. Too much fun in one weekend. That means lots and lots of pictures to come. Yippee who Ra ray.

Not much new is going on with us. We are trying to figure out now where to go for our Anniversary. Boston to see a Red Sox game or go on a Cruise somewhere? We really want to do both. Eventually in our many many years together we will do both so it is just a matter of which one we will do first. Who knows. On a different note, I should be getting my test results sometime between today and Friday. Eek, that is a scary thought. Prayers needed big time. It is getting down to the last minute now so I am getting extremely curious and nervous.

Well here is a few more pics of Bullet from the costume contest.

Here is the Criminal (Abbi) and the PoPo (Bullet). As Ashley says, he looks like a true po po here with his hat down in his eyes. Trying to look all conspicuous.

You can see Anna Belle in the back, she is a lady bug. Bullet is now 5 months old and a little monster in deed but definitely a lovable little monster.

He should have so Won!

Well we went to the Costume contest today and my baby done so good. We are some upset parents. lol. Well here is the story. We get there take a picture. Bullet does so good leaves his hat on. We do a parade around the store then they say ok one at a time we will come to the middle of the floor and show what you got. "PULL OUT THE BEST TRICKS YOU GOT AND SHOW THEM OFF" Well me and Bullet get out there and I tell him to sit and he does it, then I throw treats and he catches every single one of them. Yay very proud mom, we got this all in a bag (I was thinking). Well then they picked the three winners and none of them deserved to win. All of them that won, did not do a thing out there but just stand there. Did they think we were just trying to show off? But they did say pull out your best tricks!!! Oh well, he did get a goodie bag out of the deal but I definitely think he should have won. Ashley went with me and took her 2 dogs and her pit/lab done the same thing Bullet done but missed one so he should have won too. He was a Criminal and then her little Miniature Dachshund was a lady bug. They were all so very extremely cute. Even though we did not win, we had so much fun and enjoyed ourselves and so did the dogs. I charged my batteries last night and everything and of course when we get there, my batteries were dead. Obviously I need new rechargeable batteries. Ashley took alot of good pictures though that I will get from her sometime next week. But here is the one we took while we were there and bought and had put in a frame.

See told you they should have won. Also while we were there all these strangers kept coming up and taking pictures of them so obviously we stole the show. haha. And of course we would be partial since they are ours. Anyways that is all for now until I get more pictures to post.

Bullet the PoPo

Here is a sneak preview. Bullet will be in a Costume Contest tomorrow. Yes I treat him like a child but he is my baby. I will post more pictures tomorrow. Just though everyone would like this. He never would leave his hat on but we bribed him with treats. Here ya go.

Me and Trent are pathetic cause we were just talking about how we would be sad if he did not win. He is just too cute, How could he not win?

6 months of Marriage

So far Trent and I have been married for almost 6 months. Everything is going great. Everyone says the first year is always the hardest and if that is the case me and Trent are smooth sailing. Ok maybe a bit of exageration there because I know every marriage will have their trials but we have been doing great. I can only think of 1 true arguement we have had since we been married and that was only like a month after we got married (and needless to say it was pointless). We have been enjoying everything so much. We truely take advantage of all the time we have together and love being able to do things together. It really seems as if things have not truely changed that much and we have just been going with the flow of things. We are truely thankfull to God for everything we have and the Wonderful Relationship we have built with each other over the years. We feel so very fortunate and blessed to be so young and have what we have already. We also thank our families for giving and making everything so possible for us.

Just wanted to let everyone know how great the Married life is treating us and how we are doing as far as the married life goes.

Roasting Marshmellows

Me and Trent had a short yet great weekend. We went to Manchester to visit family and just relaxed. While we were there, Bullet lost 3 teeth and had noticed he had already lost 1 other one previous to that. Who ever knew dogs lost teeth just like humans??? I sure never did. I was in total shock. We knew it was normal though because he had other teeth that came in where those fell out. Also, where I had posted the picture of the bloody gums, he has teeth that has broke through in all those spots too. While we were gone, we bought more stuff for the party (fun fun), and a new comforter set to our room with maw maw's bed in it. Here is pictures of the room once we got things in it.

Not really too good of a picture but that room really does look good. We love the comforter set and it matches great with the bathroom. So glad we actually found something to match so well.

This is the bathroom right accross the hall.

We also sat outside again last night and roasted marshmellows. I love love love where we live and being able to sit outside at 12:00 am and just relax and do whatever we please. We bought some logs to put in the fireplace that make a crackeling noise and it was so peacefull to listen to it and just relax. Trent being the Pyro that he is was stirring everything around in the firepit and knocked some of it out on the ground so now our ground is burnt from him liking to play around. Anyways, here are some pictures from our fun night of roasting last night.

We also roasted a hotdog for Bullet but did not get a picture of him enjoying it.

After the busy weekend of riding in the car so long for such a short period of time, Bullet running Berlie (moms dog) to death, running to 100 different stores with me and Trent and a night full of roasting, Bullet was worn out.

My baby was absolutely out of it. I love it when he crawls up on me and sleeps although he is a heavy little monster to lay on top of me.

All rooms now furnished!!!

A few months ago, there was an auction for Trent's Maw Maw's belongings. We got her curio cabinet which I had already posted pictures of but Trent was kicking himself in the but because he did not buy one of the bedroom suites. Trent uncle had actually bought the bedroom suite for only $300. His uncle then decided they did not have enough room for it and had asked Trent if he wanted to buy it from him for the same price. Of course we took it. It is a 4 piece set with a full size bed, chester drawer, night stand, and dresser with a mirror. It is nice to have things from Maw Maw and also, this bedroom suite is antique. This room can be used for company but will not be used for when we have children, or atleast our children will not have this bedroom suite until they get older and can actually take care of it. Here are a few pictures of it. Sorry they are a little blurry, they are some Trent sent me from his phone. I will post more once we actually get everything else finished with it as far as comfortor and decorating and things.

We hope to find a really pretty red or black comforter set for this room since the bathroom right accross the hall is red and black. I have not actually been to any stores yet but have been looking on the internet and I don't know if I am not looking in the right places or what but I have not found very many comforters in full size so who knows what we end up with.

Trent's parents went to the mountains this past week and brought us back this.

I love it. It is so cute. You can definately tell who rules the roost in our home. Apparently it is pretty obvious too.

Other than that, everything with us is going good.

1 Year Anniversary Planning Already. (fun fun)

So for Christmas, me and Trent have been talking about getting a new living room suite for each other and just leaving it at that but, today we got to talking about our 1 Year Wedding Anniversary, and I think we may end up going on a cruise. If we do this, we do not want to spend as much money for Christmas so that we can have a really good Anniversary. We have been wanting to go on a cruise for a while now so we can not wait. We really hope things turn out the way we expect them to so that we can go and enjoy ourselves for our special day and have a nice get away.

Things have been going great around here. We had been trying to find a costume party for Halloween and was gonna go to one but now we have decided to have one of our own. We have started decorating and hope that it will be a blast. In the meantime of decorating, we got an outside fireplace to roast marshmallows and hot dogs at the party (I had been wanting one anyways so it was not just bought for the party however, it was perfect timing to get it). I have also come up with the idea of Halloween night for the kiddies, to fix up 2 little gift bags for them. One which will have candy and the second of which will have a few marshmallows in it. We will bring our fireplace to the front yard and light it and let the little kiddies roast them some marshmallows. I just thought it would be something fun to do. I have taken off work that night and I am so excited I get to see the kids of the neighborhood this year. I missed it last year and Trent had a blast so now we get to do it together. We have also already bought our costumes and gonna have lots of fun. We are gonna be Pebbles, Bamm Bamm and Dino. The costumes are way cute and I can't wait. Here is a few pictures.

Our outside fireplace. I love this thing. We went out and sit by it tonight. Trent, me and Bullet could have all fell asleep by this thing. It was so relaxing especially since we are out a little way, all you could hear were the crickets chirping. This will be our new favorite thing to do of a night time. Here is something funny to do with the fireplace. I wanted to record it but Trent would not let me. My little Pyro (that would be Trnt) was dancing around it like an Indian squirting some fire igniting stuff into it. It was just really funny to watch him. Probably a you had to be there thing but if you could only imagine him doing that, it was funny.

Well, I was gonna post some previews of our costumes but Trent made me delete them because he wanted it to be a surprise at the party. We are giving cash give aways so we will keep it to ourselves for now. You will get some pictures after the actual party. I can't wait. Bullet is Dino but we could not get a good picture tonight. We gotta work on making his mask stand up. Also, his costume barely fits him. He will definitely only be able to wear it this year. Lets hope he does not grow any between the next 2 and a half weeks or he wont even be able to wear it then. Unfortunately, we bought it online and can't exchange it and not to mention, we already bought the biggest size they made in that costume.

As for Bullet, his spot on his neck is much better. You would not even be able to tell anything was wrong if his hair was not shaved and he will possible have a small scar. That needs to grow back cause he looks funny. Of course it is always something, He was chewing on something the other day and I noticed afterwards it had some blood on it. I looked in his mouth and on each side, he has 3 little bloody spots like he has some more teeth trying to break through. I guess he is going through a teething stage but thankfully, he is a good baby and does not chew on anything that he is not supposed to. Well you know I can't post a blog without showing pictures of him so here they are.

Here we are before going on a trip to Florence to see Aunt Leah and look for some Halloween stuff.

This is on our way, while going down the road. Of course Trent was driving. I would love love love this picture if I had not cut our heads off.

He decided while his daddy was pumping gas that he wanted to sit in the drivers seat. Anytime Trent gets up from where he is, Bullet steals his seat. It is so funny.

This picture, when larger shows his bloody gums really good but if you look closely, you can still see it with it a smaller pic too.

As for me and Trent, where do I start. I have not yet gotten my test results in. According to the BRPT website (for all of you who don't know what that is, it is the sleep website for Registered techs.) I will not get them in until anywhere from October 27th to 30th. Hopefully I will have passed them so that I can enjoy our party on November 1st. It can be a celebration party (haha). Here you go Heather. You will like this one. The new Ashley that I have been hanging out with, said that the department thought about doing a gun permit class for the officers spouses so I may be going to learn to shoot a gun and get one before long. Trent has also found a small gun that he is wanting to buy either for a back up gun or letting me have that one since it is small. Trent on the other hand has been working very hard to serve and protect our community. CAUTION: GROSS STORY AHEAD BEWARE BEFORE YOU READ: To make a long story short, he had a woman in his back seat that was going crazy. Another officer had oppened the car door and saw the woman had taken her pants off, shut the door back and told Trent to have a good ride back to the jail. In the meantime of driving, the lady starts yelling to Trent that she is going to S*** in his car. He tells her she needs to hold it, they will be to the jail in 2 minutes. Next thing he knows, she is sprawled out laying down in the back seat straining. Yeppers, she sure done exactly what she said she was gonna do. Not only in his car but 2 other times once they got back to the department. The funny thing is Trent went and got the trustees and made them clean the crap out of his car. Gotta love the crazy po po stories. God love him for doing his job cause God knows I could not do it. Well I reckon that should be all for now.

Allergies

Yeppers, you got it. Bullet had to return to the vet once again. Trent called me last night and told me that Bullet has been scratched. Well since he is an indoor dog and never goes outside unless we are out there too, he had no way of getting scratched. I came home from work this morning and looked at it myself and yikes, it looked rough. It was a little swollen, he didn't want you touching it or getting near it and it was a sticky yellow ooze coming from it. I knew it must be some type of infection so I called the vet and got him an appointment.

Here it is. Not a great picture but it does show it somewhat. Once we got to the vet, they shaved his hair around it so that they could clean it and it would also make it easier to heal. His allergies are so uncontrollable he has a horrible scratching issue and he has scratched this sore at the bottom of his neck. The vet has now upped his dose of Benedryl from 25 mg to 50 mg twice a day. Good lord and if tha ain't enough, he is now on antibiotic 3 times a day and also on some cortisone spray to spray on the sore to help the itching and burning. For Bullet sake and for Mine and Trent wallet sake, we sure can't wait till the first good frost so that the poor baby will hopefully start feeling better. Also, with a mixture of a few things (heat, allergies, etc.) he is not eating a whole lot and has lost a little weight and now weighs 44 pounds and is 20 weeks old. However, the vet said he still looks great. Not unhealthy at all. His weight is still fine and nothing to be concerned about. I feel so sorry for the poor baby. He will just sit and whine at times becuase his sore is hurting. I sure cant wait till he gets better.

Him so pretty. We just love him.

As far as me and Trent, we are doing great. The other night, we had Bradley and Ashley over and we ate some taco soup and played wii. Well me and Ashley played one game and then looked on the internet at things and the boys were loving the game. They were playing boxing and getting all into it. We really enjoyed getting to hang out with them and I am so glad I am finally meeting someone around here that I have something in common with and can hang out with.

I reckon that is all for now but will post again soon. Hopefully more about us than Bullet but Bullet seems to be our life right now.

Bullet Getting His Medicine

Here is a video of Bullet taking his medicine. Like I said previously, he loves to take it now. We put it in a hotdog and he tears into it. Trent has started breaking it up and tossing it and he catches it in his mouth. It is so funny to watch him follow us around when he knows we got the hotdogs out. He knows before he gets a treat he has to sit and lay down. So he follows around the house with his butt on the ground and walking around. I will try to video it at some other time but for now here is him actually taking his medicine in the hot dog.

Unknown Future

So when I got home today, Trent was still awake and we got to talking about a few things and it led us to the conversation about work. He informed me today that he would not want me working nights for the rest of my working days. Well unfortunately, in the sleep field it is pretty much a guarantee that I will work nights. It will not be to often that you run across a day job in sleep. Those are few and far between. Yes, this will be great when we have kids but in the mean time it just makes me think. I love my job and I love what I do and I always want to keep doing this but it just makes me wonder, Did I waste my whole last two years in something I won't continue? Did I waste all that money on school? If I didn't pass my test this time is it really worth going after it again when eventually I will not be doing it full time? What different would I do? All these crazy questions is going through my head and I am just so unsure of where my future will lead me now. I have said in the past that I would like to do massage therapy so maybe that would be a possibility. I only lack about 2 or 3 classes to have my Associates degree in Applied Science. I not to sure at this point what all that would allow me to do so I would have to see what pro's and con's that would lead to. I really will be so discouraged if I don't pass my test this time and will seriously feel like a failure. I just truly pray that I pass it this go around since all these other things are going through my head already. If I passed it, it will at least give me a boost to get me through now. Plus in the meantime, if I change careers, we will have to have means of paying for it and me working at the same time and this would be a good paying job to get me through until then. Not saying I will quit the sleep field but like I said earlier, at this point I have no clue what is in my future. I need a good career behind me before the little ones come along but I not gonna put that off forever either. Who knows.

Hello Gorgeous

Atlast, I found a hair cutter here in Lawrenceburg. The guy Trent has been training came over last night and brought his wife. We got to talking and I found out she is a hair dresser. I was telling her how I wanted my hair and she started explaining what she could do to help it get more like that. It is too short right now to get exactly what I want but close enough. Needless to say today I went to her and she is THE BEST!!! While I was there, she started talking about putitng highlighgts in my hair. Little did she know Trent wanted me to a few months ago but I never did. Well today I got my hair cutt and got some highlights put in it. I love it and so does Trent. I reckon this is the way we will keep it from now on. In the winter time we may mix in some dark brown or red into it but keep the blonde highlights also. If anyone is in the Lawrenceburg area and looking for a hair person you seriously need to get with her. She works at Hello Gorgeous and her name is Ashley Smith. The number to her shop is 931-762-6333.

Here are some pics.

And another view of the back.

I am so glad I finally found someone around here. All that left is a family doctor. Whoo rayy
