Not as Bad as Expected!
The Central air and heat people came out today and immediately knew what the problem was as soon as he turned the unit on and heard the noise. However, the noise he heard was outside and not the same noise we was hearing from our bedroom none the less, we found the problem. The first thing that came to his mind was that the unit had been hit by lightening. It would be nice if that could be proved so that the house insurance would pay for it, however, it cant be proved. The problem ended up being that the Compressor was bad. He said either the lightening struck it or it just went out on its own. We also have a freon leak. The biggest problem was obviously the compressor being out. Due to the compressor, this is what was running our bill up outrageously. We had also noticed the past few weeks that our lights had been flickering and it was driving us nuts. Well come to find out, the compressor and the lights flickering are all tied together because the unit was using so much "juice" (compressor not working = some major juicing up to run strictly off of heat strips) it was causing the the lights to flicker. Since we can't prove that lightning hit it home insurance more than likely would not pay but the good side of it is that the "unit guy=named Moby" pulled a series of warranty numbers off the unit and is trying to get it approved through warranty. The only problem we would possible come across would be that we are not the original home owners and did not change that with the warranty. (note: remember crazy phsyco previous home owner = no clue where any type of warranty for anything would be). However luckily Moby did not seem to think it would be a problem. We sure hope not. Things are not as bad as we were assuming they would be but we know one part he has to order to fix the leak is $500 itself, that not including other parts needed and we have to pay for labor. I talked to my mom and she said their compressor went out and it costed them around $800 just for that so I really don't know how much we are looking at so hopefully warranty will cover it but like I said it still not as bad as we expected so we will gladly settle with it. Also another good thing is Trent has known Moby for a very long time which is a big bonus due to the fact that Moby said whether covered by warranty or not, he is going to cut us a deal.
We were then hoping since this is something out of our control, the Power department would credit our bill some. NOPE not so lucky they say it is out of their control just like it is out of ours. The good thing is though by having the unit totally turned off for 3 days, we saved approx $200. When I had talked to them on Friday, they said at the rate we were running electricity it would be well over $400 next month (which they said today $490) if nothing was changed in the amount we are using it. We then talked to them again today and now that we got the problem fixed, if we run electricity like we always have and problem truly is fixed the next bill will be about $300.
So to put a little humor in it all. Maybe this is a "you had to be there" thing but none the less me and Trent had cracked up over the whole situation. K maybe it not a laughing matter but we just kinda look at it like how can ya be mad about it when it is just something totally out of your control. Make the best of it and get over it. We have had our heat off for 3 days and finally cut it back on today. Yesterday was cold, it had dropped down to the 60's. Luckily we just slept, woke up, got ready for work, and went to work and did not have to be home to worry about it. Today on the other hand, was freezing and we had to deal with it. When we got home from work, the temperature in the house was 56 degrees. Yeah I about died. I got home, changed into very warm clothes, long sleeve shirt and fleece pants, got another very thick down blanket and put on top of our other blanket and crawled in bed. Holy cow it was freezing when I got in. I noticed Trent was not wearing his mask so I asked him why? he replied back with "I thought the humidifier water had frozen by now. I literally about lost it. It was just hilarious the way he had said it. I had for once not cared he wasn't wearing his mask because I said I did not want his puffer (in sleep tech terms exhalation port, in normal people terms a little vent that lets out air where people are not rebreathing there carbon dioxide all night) blowing on me and making me any colder. We had laid there for a good hour cracking up just how cold it was. Trent kept threatening he was wearing his toboggan while sleeping and acting very goofy covering up his one side of his face that was not squished on the pillow cause his ears were freezing. I so so wish we had pictures from this morning. It was just priceless how we were all bundeled up and silly. We finally fell asleep around 9:15 and was woken up at 9:30 due to Moby saying he was on his way. When we woke up, our face was ice cubes because that was the only part not covered under blanket. Moral of our story is make the best out of things you have no control over. Laughter has definitely been the story of our weekend. I never thought I could laugh so hard over something so expensive but we have definitely made the best of it.
Last but not least. Bullet is finally getting fixed tomorrow (well at this point I guess it is today.) I shall post and let everyone know how he is later. This blog is too long as it is. More update on Bullet to come.

1 Gift a Piece 12 Days Before Christmas
He made me open mine first. I got a gift certificate to get my hair done (cut and color) and also a good bottle of hairspray.
He kept a wondering what was in the big box. Well here it is. This was bought to prevent him from moving the recliner to the middle of the floor every time he decided he wanted to play one of his games. His parents actually bought us a big rug for our living room so that stopped him but now he has a chair to sit in. I guess you could say that I bought this, the game and then gun all to go together. Just perfect.
We can't forget the little BooBoo. He also got ot open one of his tonight. Trent says in the picture, it looks like he is looking up and saying Thanks Mommy for the gift. He just got a dental floss rope. It is the big thing there between his legs, not the one to the side. Trent laughed at me when I actually wrapped Bullets present but it was fun to watch him try to open it and he actually totally unwrapped it himself.
Me and Trentie right after opening our "1 a piece". I sure do loves my hubby. Even if I must say so myself, we are pretty darn cute together.
I was looking at this picture laughing becuase if you could actually see it blown up to full screen size, you can see that Bullet head looks like it is 2 of mine. I was trying to kiss him and he kept moving away playing with his new toy. That why I am making that face.
Christmas is obviously only in 12 more days and we can't wait. We love Christmas.

OH WHAT A DAY!
Here ya go, here is a bit of a closer view. It was absolutely horrible. It took me 3 hours to drive approx 2 miles at the most. I don't believe it was even that far.
Since I was feeling sickly and I did not even get home until 11:15am I called into work for the night and said I was not setting an alarm, I was just sleeping in until I woke up no matter what time that may have been. I was then woke up due to a phone call at 6 something telling me to look outside that it was snowing. I had already knew it was snowing cause when Trent left the house at about 3:00 he told me it was and I fell right back to sleep. At 3:00 however, there was no snow on the ground. At 6:00 after being woke up, I looked outside and then decided to go out and measure. By this time, we had 2.5 inches of snow. It sure was a good thing that I had already taken off work cause there was no way I was driving it and also, Trent was not allowing me to drive it. Now here are a few pictures of my afternoon entertainment.
The front of our home.
Bullet first time being in the snow and he went absolutely crazy. He loved it
Us all bundled up from taking Bully outside to potty then he decided to play since it was his first time in the snow.
That all for now
